1. Who we are

This website is operated by Oakstead Reports ("we," "us"). You can reach us at hello@oaksteadreports.com.

2. Information we never receive

The report form runs entirely in your web browser. The following stays on your device and is never sent to us or stored by us:

• Your name, contact details and anything else you type into the report form
• Your account of what happened, transaction details, wallet addresses and transaction hashes
• Information about the people involved in the scam
• Your evidence files and their fingerprints
• The packets you create

We have no database or account system that could store this information.

3. Information that is collected, and by whom

Payments. Nothing can be bought on this site yet, so we collect no payment or billing information.

Website hosting. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically records standard technical information when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. We use this only to keep the site running and secure, and we don't use it to identify you. To block abuse, our server also counts how many requests come from each IP address over a few minutes. Those counts are held in short-term memory only and are never written down or kept.

Fonts and software. The site's fonts and the software that builds your PDF are hosted on our own site, so your browser doesn't contact any font or code service while you use the report form. Our site also tells your browser to block connections to anywhere except our own site.

Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address to respond.

4. Information stored in your browser

If you use "Save my progress," the file is saved to your own device. We can't see or access it. On a shared computer, use "Clear this device" in the report form's More options to remove what you entered from that browser, and delete any packets or progress files you downloaded.

5. Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

6. Sharing

We don't sell, rent or share your information. We disclose emails you've sent us only if required by law, such as a valid court order.

7. How long we keep records

We keep emails you send us only as long as we need them to respond and to keep basic records, then delete them.

8. Children

This service is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Your choices

You can ask us what emails we hold from you, or ask us to delete them where the law allows, by emailing hello@oaksteadreports.com.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Before paid packets become available, we'll update it to explain exactly what payment information is shared and with whom.
